Evergreen is like a theatre and can be set up to suit whatever plans
you may have for your event.  The building is wireless and has a ceiling
mounted projection system, screens and wireless microphones available.

There is space for both group sessions and breakouts.  We provide
all set up, Coffee, Tea and Iced Water, as well as snacks for breaks.

We can do a continental breakfast, breakfast buffet, picnics in the park,
lunch buffet, lunch boxes, as well as themed lunches and breaks.

If you are planning an event over several days, Paola is home to a
brand new, well appointed Best Western Hotel, as well as several
Bed and Breakfasts.  In 2010 a 12 room Historic Boutique Hotel,
owned and operated by Evergreen and located within walking
distance, just off the Square, will be available for our guests.

We can also treat your attendees to a Lake Front Barbecue if you
would desire.  

Our goal is to help you design a creative event that inspires and
motivates your guests.   We are 20 minutes south of of Johnson
County on Hwy 169.  Whether you need a unique, inspiring, and
energizing space for a day, or several days, we can customize the
whole event to fit your needs.  We make sure when you are at Evergreen
that your plans are carried out and all of your guests needs are
met so that your time with us is as carefree as possible.  We are known
for our staffs attention to detail and spectacular service.

We can also arrange tours of local historical sights, our local Winery,
Golf outings and Lake activities.
